Cypress Partners will oversee the leasing process on behalf of our clients where the client prefers to lease and preserve capital and flexibility. Lease completion will only occur after the following is complete:

• Market review and market comps

• Space planning and understanding of tenant improvements needed. 

• Lease review and negotiation (with the assistance of legal)

• Oversight of space completion and any Landlord issues. 

• Financial analysis of leasing
