Cypress Partners looks to obtain properties in the commercial real estate market on behalf of our clients where the economics and long-term objective of the client makes more sense than leasing. Acquisitions only occur after all due diligence is completed on the property including:

  • Soil borings (where applicable)

  • Purchase Agreement review (with the assistance of legal)

  • Market comps

  • Pro forma

  • Tax implications (with the assistance of a CPA firm)
