Cypress Partners

Cypress Partners headed by Mike has over twenty-five years of real estate investment and development experience. His experience includes working as a development manager for International Airport Centers, now Jet Cargo, a private REIT joint venture with Heitman Financial to develop distribution centers at regional airports. In addition to his experience with International Airport Centers, Mike was a contract developer on behalf of the Damone Group a private partnership headed by Michael G. Damone, former chairman and co-founder of First Industrial, currently the largest light industrial REIT in the country.

 

Mike has participated in the development or consulting of over $500,000,000 worth of real estate projects including student housing, assisted living, health care facilities, single family residential subdivisions, multifamily projects, distribution facilities, retail, light industrial and office developments. Mike graduated with a degree in finance from Villanova University, Villanova, Pennsylvania. While at Villanova, Mike was a four year varsity tennis player and captain of the team his senior year. He was also named to the All Big East Academic Team.
